The CellaView software displays, evaluates and stores the temperature
readings of your pyrometer.

10 Installation of the USB driver
The ARDOCELL PA pyrometer can be addressed via a special driver.
On systems with Windows 7, 8 or 10 the driver installs a virtual COM in-
terface which allows access to the serial port of the pyrometer.

Alternatively, the USB driver can be installed from the CellaView installa-
tion packets.
Install the driver and connect the pyrometer to the PC (USB cable is in-
cluded in the scope of delivery). Windows will recognise the new hard-
ware. Windows automatically assigns a virtual COM port. To determine
the COM port number assigned to the adapter, check the Device Man-
ager as follows:
