The CP 343-1 (EX30) can be used along with a dummy module SM370
(6ES7 370-0AA01-0AA0) in any double width slot of an existing S7-300 rack. The SM370
dummy module has a switch on the rear that you need to set to the position "NA" in this
case.
Interface in the user program
Note
Remember that if you replace a module, you must only use t
he blocks permitted for the
configured CP type on the SEND/RECEIVE interface in the user program. It is advisable to
always use the current block versions.
If you use the module described here as replacement for the modules listed below, the
blocks listed
following this list must be used:
6GK7 343-1EX10-0XE0
6GK7 343-1EX11-0XE0 configured as 6GK7 343-1EX10-0XE0.
Block versions to be used:
AG_SEND (as of V4.2)
AG_RECV (as of V4.7)
AG_LOCK (as of V4.0)
AG_UNLOCK (as of V4.0)
