System appointment function
You can arrange for the communication system to re-
mind you of an appointment. For this to happen, you
need to save the times at which you wish to be remind-
ed. This is possible for a period of up to 24 hours in ad-
vance.
Saving an appointment
u Call the system menu.
> < [ Select and confirm the basic service.
> < [ Select and confirm.
The display indicates whether any reminders are al-
ready saved.
> < [ Select the menu item and confirm.
o Enter the time as 3 or 4 digits, for example, 845 for
8.45 a.m. or 1500 for 3 p.m.
[ Confirm.
Deleting a saved appointment
u Open the system menu.
> < [ Select and confirm the basic service.
> < [ Select and confirm. A saved reminder is displayed.
> < [ Confirm if you have saved several reminders.
> < [ Select the menu item and confirm.
Press the On-hook key.
Using the appointment reminder function
Prerequisite: You have saved an appointment. The
saved time is reached.
The handset starts ringing.
Press the Talk key. The appointment time is displayed.
Press the On-hook key.

Appoint.:
If you do not accept the reminder, the handset
will ring a few more times and "Appoint." will be
displayed before the reminder is deleted.
