Step by Step
Transferring the conference
Any member can transfer the conference to a third par-
ty whom he has called by using the consultation or "ex-
pand conference" functions. The new user is not yet a
member of the conference. The conference cannot be
transferred to a second call.
You are taking part in a conference
either:
> < [Select and confirm. The conference is placed on hold.
o Call a user.
or:
[ Select and confirm.
o Call a user.
Announce that you are transferring the conference
> < [Select and confirm.
You are disconnected from the conference.
Press the On-hook key.
During the conference
You are taking part in a conference with 3 to 8 members
and you wish to know about the other members or to
disconnect a certain member or to disconnect the last
member added to the conference.
Viewing member information and disconnecting
members
> < [Select and confirm.
The display shows the phone number and possibly the
name of the conference member with the lowest mem-
ber number.
either:
[ Confirm to display the next member.
or:
CONSULT
