• Loosen the POWERPHOS mounting screws (1/Fig. 7). Do not loosen any other screws!
• Loosen all POWERPHOS plug connections.
• Loosen the two inverter connections (terminal screws).
• Loosen the POWERPHOS protective ground wire.
• Loosen the two clamps on the front of the POWERPHOS.
• Lift the POWERPHOS out of the C-arm and set it down.
• Eject all labeled contact pins from the Z66 X1 plug (Fig. 8).
• Remove any existing cable ties.
To facilitate lifting the POWERPHOS out of the C-arm, thread
2 cable ties (min. 60 x 6 mm) into the existing holes.
