Threading in C-arm 3
• To facilitate threading in the C-arm unscrew the holders for the covers of the cable mod-
ule present on both sides (1/Fig. 12).
• The cable module is still blocked (Fig. 1).
• There are 2 rubber buffers attached to the cable module (1/Fig. 13). If the new cable
module does not include these buffers, remove them from the old cable module and at-
tach them to the new module.
• Lift the C-arm with 2 persons, and turn it into the bearing support (Fig. 14).
To avoid high pressure on the bearing rollers and the C-arm make sure that the C-arm is
not inserted canted.
• Refit the holders on both sides (1/Fig. 12).
