Note that a firmware update can only be performed in STOP mode. When you trigger the
update in the TIA Portal, you must switch the CPU to STOP manually. No dialog prompting
you to do so appears in this case. If the CPU is not switched to STOP, the update is not
executed and the progress bar remains at "0%".
