The SIMATIC Customer Support provides you with a wide range of additional in-
formation on SIMATIC products through the Online Service:
• You can call up general current information

• You can call up current product information, FAQs, tips and tricks, and
downloads that may be useful when using the equipment

− via the Bulletin Board System (BBS) in Nuremberg (SIMATIC Customer
Support Mailbox) under +49 (0) 911 895-7100.
For dialing up the mailbox, use a modem with up to
V.34 (28.8 kBaud) whose parameters should be configured as follows: 8, N,
1, ANSI, or dial in via ISDN (x.75, 64 kBit).

The H/F Competence Center in Nuremberg offers a special workshop on the sub-
ject of fault-tolerant SIMATIC S7 automation systems. The H/F Competence Cen-
ter also provides support in the configuration and installation of the equipment and
with any problems that may arise on location.
