The RF18xC/RF18xCI communication modules are designed for easy installation.
Please note that the communication module needs to be installed in a protected area. In
the case of installati
on outdoors, make sure that the device is protected from direct sunlight,
precipitation and wind.
4.1 Installation dimensions and position
The RF18xC/RF18xCI communication modules have the following installation dimensions
(W × H × D): 60 × 165 × 45 mm.
You can mount the communication modules in any mounting position.
Minimum clearances
When installing the communication modules, keep a minimum distance of 1 cm from an
adjacent device or another device.

Only install the communication module when supply voltages are switched off.
You do not have to observe any special rules when installing the communication modules.
