Configuring a variable
The system provides a selection of predefined variables. The variables can be
added to the variable monitor configuration simply by selecting them.

Selection
The predefined variables whose values are to be
recorded must be selected in the variable tree.

Variable configuration
Opens a form to configure a new variable. ACTION
Edits the configuration of a freely defined variable ACTION
Name Name of the variable. DISPLAY
Axis With variables that refer to an axis, the name of
the machine axis is displayed here.
The reference to an axis can be changed as long
as no data was captured for this variable.
DISPLAY
SELECTION
[ ] The unit of the variable is displayed in this
column.
DISPLAY
Creates a copy of a variable. ACTION
Removes the variable from the configuration and
deletes the data of this variable
