concentrations in excess of 25%, it is absolutely necessary
that all parts that come in contact with the sample gas are free of oil and grease and do not
contain any particles that could react with O
2
.
We highly recommend you use specially cleaned analyzer modules with the "Cleaned for O
2
"
option fo
r such measurements.
