Installation of ame arrestors
OXYMAT 7: When introducing ammable media, install suitable ame arrestors in the sample
gas and reference gas path directly at the device.
ULTRAMAT 7 / Ex-version of CALOMAT 7: The installation of ame retarders is not required.
4.4.3.1 Wall-mounted device with analyzer modules, non high-temperature version
Procedure
1. Connect the gas lines by means of suitable clamping ring screwed connections to the
associated gas inlets and outlets.
When tightening the union nuts at the screwed connections make sure that you counter
properly.
2. Check the clamping ring screwed connections for a tight t and the pipe connections for
leaks.
4.4.3.2 Device with one OXYMAT 7 analyzer module, high-temperature version
Procedure
1. Connect the gas lines by means of suitable clamping ring connections to the associated gas
inlets and outlets.
When tightening the union nuts at the gas connection ttings, make sure that you counter
properly.
2. Check whether the clamping ring connections are connected rmly and check the pipe
connections for leaks.
