5. Enter a user name and company name under "Performed by". This information is required to
save the report.
6. Either tap on "Add cutomer", enter and save the relevant information or tap on one of the
existing entries. Newly added entries will be saved for subsequent verications on the mobile
device.
7. Scroll down. Tap on "SAVE REPORT".
– If you only did a partial verication you can now tap on "CLOSE".
8. Edit the lename or keep the default. Tap on "OK".
9. Tap on "GENERATE CERTIFICATE".
