SITRANS LVS200 can be installed with an optional temperature isolator extension. The
isolator increases the distance of the electronics from the process surface, thus allowing for
a higher ambient temperature. See
“Temperature Isolator Option (LVS100/200) (Page 18)”
Note
Pressure information for hazardous areas
The device construction allows over
-pressure up to 30 bar. This pressure is allowed for test
purposes. The ATEX approval applies to over
-pressure between –0.2 and 0.1 bar in
hazardous areas. For higher or lower pressures, the approval is not valid.
