Do not administer oral contrast medium, as this
impairs the editing of MIP/SSD/VRT images. Use water
instead if necessary.
* CARE Bolus may be used to optimize the bolus
timing. Set the ROI for monitoring scan in the abdo-
minal aorta at the beginning of the scan range
with triggering threshold of 120 HU, or use manual
triggering.

For the 2

reconstruction of the Arterial Phase the
Autoload into the MIPthin Range on the 3D Card is acti-
vated. The images will be automatically loaded into
3D, MIPthin, and coronal MIPthin Range will pop up.
Please notice, if you are not satisfied with the Range
preset adapt the parameters to your needs and link them
to the series.
