There should be enough ground around the RF line. RF lines Routing prohibit right angles and
sharp angles, trying to trace circular or obtuse angle line.

the GND side of the RF output pin should be non hot welding disk

The routing which is RF output PIN to antenna should be isolated from other high-speed lines.
And the routing should be 50
