3.7 I2C Interface
SIM7000 provides an I2C interface compatible with I2C specification, version 5.0, with clock rate
up to 400 kbps. Its operation voltage is 1.8V.
The following figure shows the I2C bus reference design.

The I2C signal has no pull-up resistors in module. So the pulling up resistors 2.2KΩ to
VDD_EXT are necessary in application circuit.
