For 4020 Systems, the VCP is added under the CARD CONFIGURATION
EDITOR audio category in Version 7 (or later) of the 4100 Programming Unit,
as shown in Figure 7.
Note: When used as an "Adjunct" to a 4001/4002 or "a panel by others", the
VCP needs no programming by the 4100 Programming Unit.
