Have the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect
considering the public declarations of the seller, the
manufacturer of its representative, including in advertis-
ing or labeling; or

tween the parties or be fit for the specific use intended
by the buyer and brought to the attention of the seller

The action for failure to comply is prescribed after two
years after delivery of the goods. The seller is responsi-
ble for the warranty for hidden defects of the good sold if
such hidden defects are rendering the good unfit for the
intended use, or if they diminish its use in such a way that
the buyer would not have acquired the good or would have
given a lesser price, had he known. The action for such
hidden defects shall be taken by the buyer within 2 years
of the discovery of the defect.
