Troubleshooting
SMART Technical Support can ask you to perform one of the following procedures to
resolve a SMART Notebook issue:
• Exit SMART tools.
• Activate SMART Notebook.
• Update SMART Notebook.
• Troubleshoot a connection.
• Calibrate cameras.
• Stop and start the SMART Board service.
• Remove SMART Notebook.
IMPORTANT
• Pay close attention to the NOTES accompanying these procedures.
• Exit SMART tools, calibrate cameras, stop and start the SMART Board
service, or remove SMART Notebook only if asked to do so by SMART
Technical Support.
