The following table describes the functions of each toolbar button that you can add to
a customized SMART Notebook toolbar.
Customizing the SMART Notebook
Toolbar
The SMART Notebook toolbar enables you to select and use a variety of commands
and tools. You can customize the toolbar so that it includes the tools you use most
frequently.
To customize the
SMART Notebook toolbar
1. Right-click the SMART Notebook toolbar, and then select Customize Toolbar.
The Customize Toolbar dialog box appears.
2. To add a button to the toolbar, press an icon in the Customize Toolbar dialog box,
and then drag it to the SMART Notebook toolbar.
3. To remove a button from the toolbar, press its icon in the SMART Notebook
toolbar, and then drag it to the Customize Toolbar dialog box.
Button Command Action
Print Print the current file.
Zoom Select a different page magnification.
Show All Links Display an animated indicator around each object that has a
link.
Welcome Center Open the Welcome Center.
SMART
Keyboard
Start SMART Keyboard.
Customize Customize the toolbar so that it includes the tools you use most
frequently.
Clear Page Erase all digital ink and delete all objects from the interactive
screen.
Show/Hide
Alignment
Display guidelines on a page to assist you in aligning objects
with other objects.
Clone Page Insert a duplicate of an existing page.
