If the valve locates in circulating piping, do not fully close the valve
(0L/min). The pump may be damaged.
4.5 Check items after starting
Check the following items after starting the product.
z
There is no leakage from piping.
z
There is no drain of circulating fluid from the tank drain port.
z
The circulating fluid pressure is within the specified range.
z
The tank level is within the specified range.
4.6 Adjustment of Circulating Fluid
Flow adjustment
If the flow rate is less than 20L/min it will not be able to achieve the specified
cooling capacity. The adjustment of flow rate should be performed using a
manual bypass valve and monitoring the pressure or flow rate in the
customer’s device, referring to the recommended piping flow shown in
Figure 3-13, until they reach the required value.(Not included in the
package:Bypass Pipng Set [HRS-BP004])
When an Alarm is seen, press the [STOP] button and then turn off the
breaker to stop the product, and turn off the breaker of the user’s
power supply to isolate the product.
