How to work with the HI-TIPPLUS* and aTIP* system*
Missed objects
If you have missed an object projected, the conveyors will be stopped automatically and one of the following
messages is displayed on the screen:
Message 4
One fictional threat object was projected on the image of
a real baggage item by the TIP system. It is now provided
with a black/yellow frame and will be deleted afterwards.
 Delete the message with
r.
 Now check, if any further suspect object can be found
in the X-ray image. If so, press
H and send the bag-
gage item to the recheck then.
Message 5
The complete X-ray image was projected by the TIP system and is now provided with a black/yellow frame.
Afterwards it will be deleted.
 Delete the message with
r.

The real X-ray images together with the missed threat objects are automatically stored under cat-
egory TIP/MISSED.OBJECTS by the IMS Image Store System*. You can recall these images using the
IMS Image Store System (F 1-82).
