Enabling the Duality Logictivity features on your console
The following information only applies to Duality consoles that do not currently have the Duality SE software installed.
1
. Find the console’s serial number. The serial number label is located on the rear of the console adjacent to the mains
inlet connector. The serial number starts with the letters Duality followed by a numerical number. Make a note of the
numerical number for the registration process (e.g. if the serial number is DO80, note 80).
2. If you have not registered your console on-line (or you have forgotten your username), complete the on-line
registration:

3. Navigate to the on-line registration page and enter your activation code and the numerical element of your console’s
serial number previously noted. The activation code can only be used once. Please ensure that you enter the correct
serial number:

4. After a successful activation, you will be invited to download and install the latest version of software. Follow the link
to the download page.
