Locking the DVD-VCR (ChildLock)
After you have set the timer, you can lock all
of the buttons on the DVD-VCR so that the
settings are not canceled by mistake.
I/_ POWER
To lock the DVD-VCR
When the DVD-VCR is turned on, hold down I/@ POWER on the unit until "LOCK"
appears in the display window. The DVD-VCR tums offand the @ indicator
remains lit if there is a timer setting. The DVD-VCR will not work except for timer
recordings.
To unlock the VCR
Hold down I:_ POWER on the unit until "LOCK" disappears from the display
window. The DVD-VCR is unlocked and rams on.
To stop timer recording while the DVD-VCR is locked, press m. The recording stops
and the DVD-VCR is unlocked.
Note
• The DVD-V(R will be tmlocked when:
You stop timer recording by pressing m.
You insert a tape.
The AC power cord is disconnected or power supply stops.
