Controller devices or applications on the home network cannot connect to the receiver.
Confirm that the network is correctly set up.
The device is set to [Disable] on the device list, or is not added to the device list.
A maximum of 20 connectable devices has been set. Delete unnecessary devices on the device list and then set
[Allow All Controllers] to [On] or [Off].
Server operation of the receiver is suspended if the receiver is conducting one of the following operations:
Playing a track stored on the server (the receiver is operating as a player)
Updating the software
Formatting the system
Changing the settings
[External Control] is set to [Off]. Set it to [On] to control the receiver with “SongPal.”
TV SideView is not registered. TV SideView Registration is required to control the receiver with TV SideView.
