3 Getting Started
Setting Up and Running ActiveSync
Please use the Hirose-USB cable (73840019) to connect the Spectra Precision
FOCUS 30 Total Station with a USB port of your computer
. The instrument will
switch on automatically.
Follow these steps:
1. Program ActiveSync starts automatica
lly, please follow the dialog.
2. If you select No, you are set up as a guest and the Select Synchronisation
Settings dialog does not appear. Go to step Step 4.
If you select Yes, Spectra Precision recommends that you cle
ar all the check
boxes in the next dialog.
3. Click Next to continue.
