Air Can Installation
50/200 Hour Service Air Can Installation

Grease the seal head/air piston seals.
Inject 0.5 mL of Maxima Extra 15w50 Suspension Oil or Maxima PLUSH
Dynamic Suspension Lube Light, approximately 1/4 the pillow pack, into
the air can before installing the air can onto the damper. Firmly press
the air can down until the sealhead/air piston is inserted into the air
can.
Inject another 0.5 mL of Maxima Extra 15w50 Suspension Oil or
Maxima PLUSH Dynamic Suspension Lube Light, or another 1/4 of the
pillow pack, into the air can.
NOTICE
Do not use the entire pillow pack. If the air can is lubricated properly,
the pillow pack should be half full.
Press the air can onto the damper then thread it onto the shaft eyelet Press the air can onto the damper then thread it onto the shaft eyelet
