Maintenance
In order to make the optical edge sensors work stably for a long time, please carry out
the following regular inspections.
1. Check whether the installation positions of the optical edge sensors transmitter and
receiver are oset, loose or deformed.
2. Check the wiring and connections for looseness, poor contact and disconnection.
3. Check whether there is any dust or dust on the detection surface.
4. Check whether there is any abnormality in the mixing degree and surrounding
environmental conditions.
1. The spring wire is connected to the left side of the wiring terminal in the safety junc-
tion box, and WT and GND need to be short-circuited.
2. The white wire of the spring wire is connected to WT, the red wire is connected to BR,
the green wire is connected to GR, and the black wire is connected to SD.
3. Optical edge sensors is connected to the right side of the terminal in the safety junc-
tion box, optical edge sensors white wire is connected to WT, brown wire is connected
to BR, and green wire is connected to GR.
Note: When the safety junction box is installed on the door, but the door-in-door pro-
tection device is not installed, the SD on the wiring terminal in the safety junction box
should be short-circuited with GND.
