- Runs on any Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista or compatible PC. Can be started as a "Windows Service" using "AlwaysUp".

- Can use a USB port with a USB to fully compliant RS-232 port adapter.
- Can accept and display International dates and numbers. StationID and time zone are logged.
