7. To reset the sick/vacation attendance data, select the Reset vacation/sick time menu item in the tools menu. The
attendance data must be reset annually every January 1st, otherwise the report generation will use the previous years
data stored in the names.txt file.
8. “Reset the Operation messages file” will reset the Operations.txt file which contains a log of all the pop up warning
messages.
9. “Run log sort to combine test station readings” will combine the test station reading data if using the local data file
method (see below).
This function can also be accessed from the Reports menu, or run automatically from the AutoGenerate email task
scheduler.
10. “Use main administrator password” will force the administrator password (if one exists) to be used. This is always
required to be used to access any setup information after booting up, but is not required once the administrator has
entered the password., unless the password expiration time (set in the General configuration window) has been set
and exceeded.
