If you encounter a problem you cannot solve, a Diamante Support Specialist is available to assist you at:

Excluding Stenograph Holidays
To assist the Specialist, have the Diamante with you, know your customer number and know your
Diamante serial number. The serial number is located on the bottom of the writing machine. Be prepared
to describe your question or problem in detail.
Wireless Communication
Stenograph provides WiFi wireless support only when you are using the Diamante WiFi Router kit. Other
WiFi routers may work but are not supported by Stenograph.
Stenograph provides Bluetooth wireless support when you are using the Diamante Bluetooth Wireless
Communication kit. Other wireless adapters and software may work but are not supported by
Stenograph.
