P129391-130 Operator/Maintenance Manual Install Loading Equipment Docking Base
STEP 2: Mark dimension from Step 1 on floor.
STEP 3: Using dimension from Step 1, align transfer carriage and loading car with sterilizer chamber.
STEP 4: Using position determined by carriage location and measurement taken in Step 1:
• Align docking base between transfer carriage and sterilizer
• Temporarily fix dock in place (with duct tape, gaffer’s tape or similar)
• Push loading car into chamber to test that dock is positioned correctly
• Remove loading car and transfer carriage
STEP 5: Mark tested position on floor through slots in docking base.
STEP 6: Drill holes in floor
• Four slotted holes in dock are 3/8" wide for anchor bolts.
• Install anchors as needed.
STEP 7: Fix docking base in position with fasteners.
STEP 8: Test for correct operation.
