The following Safety Precautions must be observed when operating or servicing this Evolution™ Loading Car and
Carriage. WARNING indicates the potential for personal injury and CAUTION indicates the potential for damage
to equipment. For emphasis, certain Safety Precautions are repeated throughout the manual. It is important to
review all Safety Precautions before operating or servicing the unit.
Strictly following these Safety Precautions enhances your ability to safely and effectively utilize the unit and helps
the Customer avoid improper maintenance methods which may damage the unit or render it unsafe. It is
important to understand that these Safety Precautions are not exhaustive; Customers are encouraged to develop
their own safety policies and procedures to enhance and complement these Safety Precautions.

Repairs and adjustments, other than those described in these instructions, should be attempted only by
experienced mechanics fully acquainted with this equipment. Use of inexperienced, unqualified persons
to work on the equipment or the installation of unauthorized parts could cause personal injury or result in
costly damage.
Sterilizer must be leveled front to rear. Failure to level sterilizer may result in injury to personnel or
damage to product and equipment.
Do not overload loading car shelves. See Operating Instructions for maximum distribution load per shelf
and car. Distribute loads evenly on shelves.
Use hand protection when removing loading car from sterilizer. Loading car may be hot.
Sterilizer and loading car will be hot after cycle is run. Always use hand protection and apron (also face
shield if processing liquids) when removing a processed load. Hand protection and apron must be
worn when reloading sterilizer following the previous operation.
To avoid slippery floor conditions, immediately wipe up any spilled liquids or condensation in sterilizer
loading or unloading area.
Get help if loading car becomes stuck or difficult to move. Do not attempt to lift a loading car without
assistance.
Do not sit or stand on transfer carriage.
