• If tight against top of slot, loosen nuts on clevis adjusting
barrels and adjust both sides until each roller and cam
have a small amount of clearance.
STEP 4: Push on transfer carriage.
• Front caster legs must unlock and travel along length of
transfer carriage.
• When transfer carriage is half-way into chamber,
manually pull on front caster legs to verify they are
locked to dock.
• When transfer carriage is pulled out completely, latching
rollers must release from dock and front caster legs must
lock in place.
Adjust Travel Stops (Single Door)
If the sterilizer is a single door unit, adjust front caster travel stops as
follows:
STEP 1: Push transfer carriage into sterilizer chamber until end of
transfer carriage just touches back chamber track stop.
STEP 2: On transfer carriage adjust the stops on the bottom back
of members to contact caster leg.
