Cleaning
Clean Evolution™ Loading Car to maintain its appearance as follows:
Remove all shelves, shelf support rods and side gates.
Using a sponge, nylon bristle brush, or lint-free cloth, wash
loading car frame, shelves, side gates, and shelf supports with a
mild detergent solution at a concentration of one ounce per
gallon.
Use Liqui-Jet™ 2 Instrument Detergent

Use multipurpose cleaner rated for stainless steel or painted
steel (depending on equipment finish) for stubborn stains or soil
buildup. Use a plastic scraper to remove heavy deposits of
baked-on organic or melted plastic pieces. DO NOT use a metal
scraper.
Rinse thoroughly with deionized, distilled, or reverse osmosis
water.
Repeat above steps until all visible residue has been removed.
Clean Evolution™ Transfer Carriage to maintain its appearance as
follows:
Using a lint-free cloth, wash transfer carriage with a mild
detergent solution at a concentration of one ounce per gallon.
Use Liqui-Jet 2 Instrument Detergent
