connectors.

Removethecarburetor.

Removethegasket.
Installinthereversesequence.
-Useanewgasket.
-Fitfuelhosessothattheyare
notkinkedorpinched.
-Tightenfilterhousingnutsto
3.5Nm(2.6lbf.ft).
Thecarburetorhasnoadjusting
screwsformaximumengine
speed(Hscrew)oridlemixture
(Lscrew).
Thecarburetoristunedsothat
theenginereceivesanoptimum
fuel-airmixtureinalloperation
conditions.
Standardsetting
Ifthecarburetorhastobe
adjustedfromscratch,firstcarry
outthestandardsetting.
•
Carefullyscrewidlespeedscrew
(LD)downontoitsseat.
•
Nowopentheidlespeedscrew
(LD)twofullturns.
Aslightcorrectionoftheidle
speedmaybenecessary.Usethe
followingprocedure:
-Mountapprovedcuttingtool.
-Checktheairfilter,replaceif
necessary.
-Checksparkarrestingscreen,
cleanorreplaceasnecessary.
-Starttheengineandallowitto
warmup.
