Disposal of consumables
ENVIRONMENT NOTE
Materials that have to be disposed of following
maintenance, repair, and cleaning must be
systematically collected and disposed of in ac-
cordance with regulations. Follow the national
regulations for your country. Work may only
be carried out in areas designated for the pur-
pose. Care must be taken to minimise, as far
as possible, any impact on the environment.
• Any spillage of fluids such as hydraulic oil,
brake fluid or gear lubricant oil must be im-
mediately soaked up with an oil-binding
agent.
• The regulations for disposal of used oil are
applicable.
• Any spillage of battery acid must be neu-
tralised immediately.
