7 Assembly and setting up

7. If the left edge of the carriage (1) is within the needle bed, press the
engaging rod downwards.

8. Open covers.
9. Lay the spirit level on the support surface
s on the left side of the needle
bed.
10. Align the knitting machine with the grub scre
ws. Execute this at the front
and rear. The grub screws for aligning are in the accessories of the
machine.
