VIDEO TUTORIALS
The built-in library of video tutorials
includes video instructions on common
questions like “User Codes” and
“Connecting WiFi”.
FAQS
The Connected Home panel also has a
tab with frequently asked questions that
allows a user to find answers to the most
common questions.
To access these questions, tap the “Help”
icon and select “FAQs”. The questions
appear in a list and can be expanded by
touching the arrow to the left.

The second icon in the footer is “Help”
HELP APP
The “Help” app is divided into four sections:
Video Tutorials, FAQs, Contact Us, and
Documentation.
To watch a video, select the Video Tutorials tab and press “View”.
The Connected Home panel displays a long list of common
questions and their answers.
