Device does not turn on
• Ensure the device is powered on.
• Ensure the ON/OFF switch is set to ON
Device is turned on
correctly, but receives no
signal from remote control
• Ensure the batteries´ protective foil has been removed.
• Ensure the remote control contains batteries.
• Ensure the batteries have been charged.
• If a number of MASTER-SLAVE devices are connected,
ensure that remote control sends commands to MASTER
unit, not to SLAVES.
The device is turned on,
receives signals from
remote control but
ventilator is not working
• Ensure that 40 seconds have passed between sending of
command until opening of flap.
• Check that device is NOT operating in monitoring mode.
(DUO/WIRELESS)
• Follow RESET instructions (DUO/WIRELESS) on chapter 8.1.
• Ensure the ventilator has not been obstructed.
The device does not receive
signals from remote control
and the red LED light is
illuminated continually.
• Follow the instructions for maintenance and resetting the
filter in chapter 6. (Please hold the romte control on the
right side of the device during the reset)
• Activate general alarm for filter´s reset.
• Switch on device. Now the warning light is flashing red for
10 seconds, press button twice for low humidity, twice for
medium humidity and twice for high humidity. Then turn off
device and switch on again. While the warning light flashes
red again, press eye-button 5 times. Then turn off, switch
on. After it the device must work after 1 minute. Please wait
until the device has been calibrated automatically.
Device is working only on
“air withdrawal”-mode set
on maximum speed. The red
LED light will be illuminated
continually.
• Ventilation mode is activated, because the adjusted
threshold level of humidity or CO2 has been exceeded. If
requested, press button H2 to set level higher than humidity
switch level.
Master – slave devices don´t
communicate
Ensure the devices are connected correctly (see chapter 3.2 and 3.7
for description)
