2. Basic splicing operation
If the sleeve is taken out from the oven before heat cycle completed, the splice
loss might increase because the less cooling cause fiber bending or twisting.
Please wait for the finish of heating cycle. After the heat cycle is complete, the
fiber protection sleeve may be hot. Handle with care.
Never touch the surface of the heating plate during the heating operation. Doing
so may cause personal injury and damage to the heat shrink oven.
