2: Using your fingers, loosen the
thumbscrew.
4: Fit a new electrode in the electrode
cover.
1: Disconnect the power cord or remove
the battery from the splicer if installed.
3: Take out the electrode and electrode
cover from the splicer. Remove the
electrode from the electrode cover by
pulling it out straight.
5: Insert the protrusion of the electrode
cover in the splicer. While keep pushing
down the cover, tighten the thumbscrew
fully. ▸Refer to the illustrations below.
Insert the protrusion of the electrode cover in the splicer, and then fit
in the cover.
6: Repeat step 2 to 5 for the other
electrode. Always replace both electrodes
at a time.
