to edit the settings.

the Settings panel to display
the Menu screen.

or carry out.

Editable items Details
Arc Count
Views arc count.
*It can be reset on “Reset Arc Count” option.

All Count
Views Total arc count counted since shipment
from the factory.

Conditioning Arc
After electrodes are replaced, this function is
used to condition new electrodes. The number
of times of conditioning arc is preset. Arc Count
is automatically reset after conditioning arc is
performed.
Self Inspection
The circuit board, optical unit, motors and heat
shrink oven are automatically inspected.
Motor Calibration
The condition of all motors is inspected.
Caution for Arc
Count
Sets an arc count at which a caution for
electrode replacement is displayed.

Warning for Arc
Count
Sets an arc count at which a warning for
electrode replacement is displayed.

Reset Arc Count
Allows to reset the arc count.
*All Count cannot be reset.

Restore Data
All parameters except Arc Count and All Count
are returned to the factory settings.

Once the next maintenance date or
total arc count which is set by service
center has been reached, the splicer
shows a maintenance reminder dialog
once a day.
A pass code is required to log in to
Administrator mode. P.8-1.
