Serial Port 8
Select Enabled to enable the onboard serial port. The options are Enabled
and Disabled.
Serial Port 8, Settings
This option species the base I/O port address and the Interrupt Request
address of Serial Port 8. Select Auto to let the BIOS automatically assign the
base I/O and IRQ address.
The options for Serial Port 8 are Auto, (IO=268h; IRQ=11), (IO=240h;
IRQ=10, 11, 12), (IO=248h; IRQ=10, 11, 12), (IO=250h; IRQ=10, 11, 12)
and (IO=258h; IRQ=10, 11, 12), (IO=260h; IRQ=10, 11, 12), (IO=268h;
IRQ=10, 11, 12).
Parallel Port
Select Enabled to enable the parallel port. The options are Enabled and
Disabled.
Parallel Port Settings
This option species the base I/O port address and the Interrupt Request
address of the parallel port. Select Auto to let the BIOS automatically assign
the base I/O and IRQ address.
The options for the parallel port are Auto, (IO=378h; IRQ=5; DMA=3),
(IO=378h; IRQ=5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12; DMA=1, 3), (IO=278h; IRQ=5, 6, 7, 10,
11, 12; DMA=1, 3), (IO=3BCh; IRQ=5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12; DMA=1, 3).
Parallel Port Mode
Use this feature to change the printer port mode . The options are STD Printer
Mode, SPP Mode, EPP-1.9 and SPP Mode, EPP-1.7 and SPP Mode, ECP
Mode, ECP and EPP 1.9 Mode, ECP and EPP 1.7 Mode.
