7:14 (22), 0-004-7459-3 (GB) 1999-08-01, TAC AB
Without reference sensor
Without a reference sensor, the heating time varies with the damped
outdoor temperature according to the curve below.

Curve for morning boost
The morning heating can be blocked by setting the
Max. heating time
parameter (P 37) to 0 hours.
Note that the parameters P 33 and P 34 also affect the function for
variable night setback.
With reference sensor
The controller automatically calculates an appropriate starting time
using a reference sensor so that the correct temperature is achieved at
the set time for daytime operation. This calculation is adaptive (self-
adjusting).
During the heating time, the controller controls towards the setpoint
for daytime operation with night control effect and with a fixed
supplement to the supply setpoint. This addition is shown by the
Max.
morning boost
parameters (P 36).
The heating time is calculated according to the following:
t = (y-value from curve) × (room temperature - day setpoint, room)
If a reference sensor has been installed, the y-value from the curve
shows the heating time per degree the temperature deviates from the
day setpoint.
