sort /r <unsort.txt >sort.txt I ENTER I
reads the file Unsort.txt, sorts the information in reverse alpha-
betical order,
and writes the output to a file named Sort.txt.
d i r Iso r t / + 1 4 I ENTER I
pipes the output of the DIR command to the SORT filter, which
sorts
the directory listing, starting at Column 14, and displays
the output.
d 1 r Iso r t / + 1 4 I m0 r e [ENTER I
is the same as the previous command, except that the MORE fil-
ter displays the directory one screen at a time.
