Directories
The MKDIR command
creates
a new directory on
any
drive.
To
create
a new directory called MYDIR
in
the
Drive B root direc-
tory, type:
mkdi
r
b:
\mydi
r
[ENTER

MS-DOS
automatically
makes
MYDIR a
subdirectory
of
the
Drive B root directory.
You
can
check
it
by
using
DIR:
