Troubleshooting, Part 2
The
volume
of
voices
in
my smartphone call
is
not correct.
If
the
caller's
voice
volume
is
too
soft
or
too
loud
you simply
need
to
adjust
the
volume
on
the
phone's
volume
control
itself
accordingly.
If your
voice
is
too
loud
turn
the
AGC
(Audio
Gain
Control/Mic
Sensitivity) all
the
way
down
+l
and
enable
Noise
Cancellation,
you
can
see
how
to
do
both
by
searching
YouTube for
"DeciVibe
Audio
Gain
Control".
If you
still
encounter
issues
with your
voice
being
too
loud,
place
the
recorder
and
phone
setup
as
far
away
from
you
as
possible in
order
to
decrease
your
voice
volume
even
further,
and
completely
unplug
the
lapel
mic
from
the
adapter,
so
it
only picks
up
your
voice
from
your
smartphone
and
not
the
lapel
mic. If this works satisfactorily you
may
wish
to
contact
us
for
us
to
send you a set
of
earbuds
with
an
extra
long
cable
in
order
to
make
this setup
more
convenient.
If your
voice
is
too
soft, increase
the
AGC
level (see YouTube
video
above), disable
Noise
Cancellation,
and
bring
the
lapel
mic
closer
to
your voice.
