6.6.12 TREAD BELT NOT STRAIGHT/ BELT NOISY / BELT DERAILMENT
A possible cause of a crooked or noisy tread belt, or belt derailment, is 
bearing grub screws.
Another possible cause of a noisy belt is the RPM sensor rubbing against the screws/ magnets (for the details, see
“6.6.11 Skillmill displays an incorrect speed on the lcd/turns o at a low speeds/ noisy belt”).
Proceed as follows:

1. Removetheguardstoaccesstheright-handangebearingsonthefrontandrearequipment
shaft. Remove the left-hand rear side guard. It is also advisable to remove a slat in order to
make the regulation. For details on disassembly, watch the video “Disassembly instructions
.
2. Replace the grub screws (M6x6) of the shaft bearings if the thread is damaged.
3. Before proceeding with tightening the grub screws: check and if necessary correct the
positioning of the front and rear shafts. This enables the belt to be realigned if it is not parallel
to the frame. To do this, proceed as follows:
